The free class is for all experience levels. Bring your own mat or reserve one by contacting visitBAM@astate.edu (while supplies last).
The class taught by yoga and meditation teacher, Bethany Davis, will focus on the mind/body/breath connection and emphasize the practice of connecting back to the true self. This class will also guide you through safe movements of stretching and strengthening.
