Juror, Joann Moser has been Senior Curator of Graphic Arts at the National Museum of American Art since 1986. Before coming to Washington, she was the Senior Curator of Collections and Acting Director of the University of Iowa Museum of Art in Iowa City. Dr. Moser received her doctorate in Art History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1976, where she also completed her master’s degree. In 1975 she received a Kress Fellowship from the National Gallery of art. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Smith College.
