Marjorie Devon, the Director of the renowned Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, served as the 2008 juror. She is well-known in the printmaking and art world. She has presented numerous lectures nationally and internationally on various topics related to contemporary art, printmaking, and the history and current programs of Tamarind Institute.
